<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective data transfer in an storage area network where many variations of communication frequency band exist. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency band control apparatus 500 periodically acquires map information and IF information or the like from a business server 100, a storage device 200, and routers 300, 400, and detects iSCSI session having insufficient communication frequency band based on such information pieces explained above. When iSCSI session having insufficient frequency band is detected, the frequency band control apparatus 500 selects the other iSCSI session for assignment of frequency band on the basis of importance of iSCSI session and usage factor of the line. The frequency band control apparatus 500 assigns at least a part of the communication band of the network route used by the iSCEI session selected as explained above to the iSCSI session having insufficient frequency band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
