<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a transfer processing of a restoration message and a switch control processing conventionally realized by a software-based processing based on hardware. <P>SOLUTION: This high speed switch controller has an adjacent device control interface connected with a switch control function part of an adjacent cross connection device and a self-device control interface connected with a switch hardware function part for realizing path switching, wherein the adjacent device control interface and the self-device control interface are constituted of packet receiving circuits which receive packets, matching circuits which extract only packet signals having specific patterns among received packet signals, signal processing circuits which decode the packet signals extracted by the matching circuits and fetch all or a part of loading information of the packets, switching circuits which receive output signals from a plurality of signal processing circuits and transmitting circuits which receive output signals from the switching circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
