PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric film having high migration resistance, and to provide a method for producing the same through drastically reducing metal ionic impurities contained in a heat-resistant polymeric film. SOLUTION: The method for producing the heat-resistant polymeric film by a cast film-forming system is provided. In the polymeric film with high migration resistance, the total content of Fe, Ni and Cr is less than 20 ppm. The above method is characterized by that a coating head for coating a polymer dope is such as to be constituted of a material with at least its surface being 200 or higher in Vickers hardness.
