PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge with good accuracy whether, before starting injecting a sealant into a punctured pneumatic tire, the puncture hole produced in the pneumatic tire can be filled up with the sealant. SOLUTION: The sealing pump-up device 10, if the relationship between the size of the puncture hole produced in the tire 20 and the inner pressure change upon supplying the compressed air by the air pump 16 is beforehand measured as data and if the limit value (threshold value) of the size of the puncture hole repairable by the sealant 50 is beforehand determined, makes it possible that the control circuit 80, prior to starting the injection of the sealant 50 into the tire 20 by the liquid feeding pump 18 and upon supplying the compressed air into the tire 20 by the air pump 16, based on the detected signal from the pressure sensor 86, estimates accurately the size of the puncture hole generated in the tire 20.
