PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge that a camera is faced to a photographed person direction and to make the control of a photographing portion in this case suitable for the photographing of the photographed person. SOLUTION: An end of a housing to mount an imaging portion 21 and the end of the housing to mount a display portion 22 are coupled mutually and rotatably around hinges of two axes extending to a lateral direction and to a longitudinal direction. A shape detecting portion 23 detects a mutual position relation between the housing to mount the imaging portion 21 and the housing to mount the display portion 22. An imaging controlling portion 25 controls the imaging portion 21 by a setting for a prescribed "photographing myself" based on a detected result detected by the shape detecting portion 23 in the case that a camera direction of the camera controlled by the imaging portion 21 and a display direction of a display screen of the display portion 22 are judged to be approximately coincided.
