PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept call arrival to make a hands-free talk while data communication is not performed even if a mobile phone is of a single profile operation type. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with an HFP connection request transmission instructing means 43 for instructing HFP connection request transmission to a mobile phone 60 before starting radio communication, using a Bluetooth(R) communication function, between an on-vehicle machine 40 and the mobile phone 60; a DUNP connection request transmission instructing means 44 for instructing DUNP connection request transmission to the mobile phone 60 after receiving an HFP link establishment notification signal from the mobile phone 60; and a multi-profile operation judging means 45 for judging whether or not a Bluetooth(R) module 61 of the mobile phone 60 is capable of multi-profile operation in accordance with whether or not the DUNP link establishment notification signal is received.
