PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving video synthesizer which synthesizes a moving video without editing operation at the time of synthesis of the moving video. SOLUTION: A moving video file for synthesis 103 stored in a moving video storing part for synthesis 114, includes input image control information 105 which shows control of image effect added to the input image, synchronous information 104 which shows timing to add image effect of the input image control information 105, and an image for synthesis 106 to be combined with an input image. The composer is provided with an input image control information analysis part 107 which analyses the input image control information 105 and the synchronous information 104; an input image effect and synchronous information addition part 102 which adds the synchronous information 104 obtained from the input image control information analysis part 107 to the input image, and adds effect following the input image control information 105; an image analysis control for composition part 108 which performs analysis of the synchronous information 104, and the image for composition 106, and sends to a synchronous and composition part 109; and the synchronous composition part 109 which composes the input image, and the image for composition using the synchronous information 104.
