SPEAKER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with high quality by solving the problem of deteriorated size precision and productivity, the speaker being formed by arranging frames each including a magnetic circuit in upper/lower symmetry through a diaphragm inbetween opposite to each other and coupling them. SOLUTION: The speaker comprises the first frame including: the magnetic circuit; the diaphragm 4 the center of which is coupled with a voice coil 3 arranged closely to an upper part of the magnetic circuit in a non-contactless state and the outer circumference of which is coupled with the circumferential edge of the first frame 1; and the second frame 5 arranged opposite to the first frame 1 in an upper lower symmetry via the diaphragm 4 and including the magnetic circuit, and the speaker is configured such that an engagement part 1b whose cross section is formed in a channel shape is provided at circumferential edges of two opposed sides of the first frame 1 and the circumferential edge of the second frame 5 is slidably fitted and coupled to the engagement part 1b. Since the engagement part 1b warrants the size precision higher-dimensionally and provides very easy coupling, the productivity can remarkably be enhanced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
