PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in communication quality due to high moving speed of a moving object. SOLUTION: The moving object management system comprises: a mobile terminal having a positioning means mounted on a moving object and generating positional information by measuring its current position and moving speed, and a wireless transmission means for transmitting the positional information generated by the positioning means and identification information of the moving object; a base station receiving radio wave from a mobile terminal within a communication zone; a management unit having a means for storing the positional information received at the base station in correspondence with the object identification information, and a means for displaying data displaceable on a screen generated on the basis of the positional information and object identification information stored in the storage means; and a means for assigning a channel corresponding to the moving speed of the moving object to the wireless transmission means.
