PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a radiographic image conversion panel having durability. SOLUTION: The radiographic image conversion panel 10 comprises a protection film 13 coating a fluorescent sheet 20, having a stimulable phosphor layer 12 containing stimulable phosphor on a support body 11. Conductive films (14a, 14b) are provided, on at least one side of the surface of the stimulable phosphor layer and the stimulable phosphor layer side of the protection film of the fluorescent sheet, so that unwanted electrons generated in the stimulable phosphor layer are removed by way of the conductive film, to prevent degradation in the stimulable phosphor due to the electrons and durability is improved.
