PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive cutter used for cutting off extra parts of an insect proof net when replacing the insect proof net on a household window with new one. SOLUTION: A sliding member 2, which is made so that it can slide along a plurality of insect proof net window frames 9 with different width, is pressed against and slid along an insect proof net window frame in the longitudinal direction so that extra parts of the insect proof net can be cut off. At the position of extra insect net to be cut, a guide slit 4 with an appropriate length and a minimum necessary width to pass extra net below is longitudinally opened on the slider so that it sandwiches and presses the extra net part from both sides. At the depth of the guide slit 4, is provided a blade 5 tilt down in the leading direction of the cutter. The blade part should be independent of the sliding member 2 so that it may be adjusted to expand or shrink. Further the guide slit 4 is formed with its lateral side ends protruding upward.
