PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member facilitating the fixing work of a lower frame for a second opening/closing device. SOLUTION: The fixing member 23 is provided with an approximately vertical first fixing plate part 26 fixed to a fixing plate part 13a of a sash lower frame 13 which is a lower frame for a first opening/closing device. The fixing member 23 is provided with an approximately horizontal second fixing plate part 27 fixing a fixing plate part 25a of a shutter lower frame 25 which is the lower frame for the second opening/closing device. The second fixing plate part 27 is integrally provided at the lower end of the first fixing plate part 26 so as to project toward the anti-sash lower frame 13 side from the lower end.
