PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary cleaning device enabling a reduction in size by minimizing resistance elements by a flow passage configuration comprising bent tubes and elbows to minimize the flow resistance of a cleaning water after a flow is regulated and the flow passage is changed over in the flow passage configuration in a flow regulating and flow passage changeover means used mainly in a sanitary cleaning device and its arrangement to a flow passage communicating with the downstream side of the flow passage configuration. SOLUTION: This sanitary cleaning device comprises a flow regulating and flow passage changeover means having a water supply means taking the cleaning water from a water supply source therein, the flow regulating and flow passage changeover means having an inlet for taking the cleaning water supplied from the water supply means therein, a movable part with a water passing part communicating with the water inlet, a fixed part with a plurality of hole parts, one or more of them having a plurality of recessed parts, and a water outlet roughly coaxially disposed in the hole part of the fixed part and communicating with each other and a cleaning nozzle having a plurality of flow passages with one ends communicating with the water outlet and at least one or more water delivery holes communicating with the other ends of the flow passages.
