发明名称 HEAT-RESISTANT Al-BASED ALLOY SUPERIOR IN ABRASION RESISTANCE AND WORKABILITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant Al-based alloy which is lightweight, has higher hot strength (heat resistance), and has superior abrasion resistance and workability as well. SOLUTION: The Al-based alloy has a composition comprising, by mass, 5-30% Cr, 1-20% Fe, 1-15% Ti, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities; is produced by a rapid solidification process; and has a structure comprising an intermetallic compound phase of 50 to 90% by a volume fraction and the balance being a metallic Al matrix. The intermetallic compound phase comprises Al-Cr-based, Al-Fe-based and Al-Ti-based intermetallic compound phases. The metallic Al matrix dissolves 0.02-10% in total of Cr, Fe and Ti therein.
