PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant grower having high plant growing activity. SOLUTION: This plant grower contains a metal salt of a carboxyl-containing glucose polymer that is formed by esterification of the corresponding glucose polymer with a polycarboxylic acid.
