PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation of alignment when aligning side ends of sheets. SOLUTION: This sheet handling device is provided with an offset roller 407 for moving a sheet in the direction crossing the direction of sheet delivery and a side end aligning plate 416 for receiving a side end of the sheet moved in the direction in which the offset roller 407 crosses to regulate moving of the sheet.
