PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of securely closing a shutter member when switching sheet loading means and to provide an image forming device equipped with it. SOLUTION: A predetermined sheet loading means 18a among the plurality of elevatable sheet loading means is moved to a sheet loading position below a delivery port 36 for delivering a sheet by an elevating means. When switching the sheet loading means for loading a processed sheet from the predetermined sheet loading means 18a to the other sheet loading means, the shutter member 34 opens the delivery port 36 and moves to a position for blocking the delivery port 36 from a position where it is abutted on the sheet P loaded on the predetermined sheet loading means 18a moving to the sheet loading position.
