PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve assembly capable of accurately informing stat-up of oiling and relatively quickly provide exhaust of the fuel from a tank during the oiling and possible to be practically used for a long time. SOLUTION: This valve assembly is provided with a housing having a valve seat structuring at least one part of an exhaust passage, a pressure sensing member supported by the housing and structuring at least a part of a pressure chamber, and a valve supported by the housing and having a valve element capable of moving between a position, in which the valve element is opened in relation to the valve seat to allow a fluid to flow the exhaust route, and a position, in which the valve element is closed to practically limit the fluid to flow the exhaust route. The pressure sensing member corresponding to a change of the pressure of the pressure chamber moves the valve element. A control route is communicated with a pressure source in one end thereof, and communicated with the pressure chamber in the other end thereof. An electronic control valve can be moved between a first position for allowing a pressure signal to be generated in the pressure chamber and a second position for allowing the pressure inside the pressure chamber discharge.
