PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device capable of reducing the burden on a crew engaged in a mooring work, enhancing the working efficiency, and shortening the working time. SOLUTION: In the mooring device 1 to moor a ship 2 to a quay 3, a pontoon 4 is arranged between the quay 3 and the ship 2, a propeller 9 to perform the self-propulsion is provided on the pontoon 4, and an engagement means 5 to engage the pontoon 4 with the ship 2 is provided.
