PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-wheel type managing machine capable of enhancing the turning performance without increasing the entire weight. SOLUTION: In the three-wheel type managing machine having two front wheels 12L, 12R and one rear wheel 26, the front wheels 12L, 12R are driven by using a hydraulic driven speed change mechanism 62 while the rear wheel 26 is driven by using an electric motor 56. By employing the electric motor, a transmission shaft need not be connected from an engine to the rear wheel, and the transmission shaft to the rear wheel becomes unnecessary. Therefore, a driving system can be simplified, and an increase in weight of the machine can be suppressed. Since the front wheels are driven by using the hydraulic driving speed change mechanism, and the rear wheel is driven by using the electric motor, the machine is an all wheel drive vehicle, and enhances the turning performance.
