PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a connecting structure of many electrical wires, improve productivity and accuracy and stabilize connections. SOLUTION: A plurality of discharge openings to discharge a liquid, a plurality of pressure chambers communicating with the discharge openings, a piezoelectric element provided on the surface opposite to the side where the discharge openings of the pressure chambers are formed and deforming the pressure chambers, a common liquid chamber formed on the side opposite to the pressure chambers in connection with the piezoelectric element and to supply the liquid to the pressure chambers, and electrical wiring rising nearly vertically to the surface to which the piezoelectric element is attached and electrically connected to the piezoelectric element through the common liquid chamber.
