PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement for properly carrying out soil covering operation. SOLUTION: The farm implement 1 is equipped with a tilling means 7 for carrying out tilling operation while rotating and a furrow forming means 8 for forming a sowing furrow on the surface part (a) of a field. The farm implement 1 is equipped with a means 9 for sowing a material W to be sowed in the sowing furrow and a soil covering means 10 for carrying out soil covering operation on the material W to be sowed. The tilling means 7 is equipped with a tilling shaft 15 rotating in a fixed direction. The flange part 17 of the tilling shaft 15 is equipped with a straight tine 18 for tilling operation at the front position of the furrow forming means 8 and a bent tine 19 for tilling operation at the front position of the soil covering means 10.
