IMPROVED HYDROXYNITRILE LYASE

摘要

An improved hydroxynitrile lyase characterized by having a mutation of the substitution of at least one amino acid residue in the amino acid sequence of wild type hydroxynitrile lyase by another amino acid and providing a transformant which shows a higher hydroxynitrile lyase activity than a transformant having wild type hydroxynitrile lyase gene transferred thereinto; and a method of producing hydroxynitrile lyase characterized by comprising expressing the improved hydroxynitrile lyase as described above in a host and harvesting the improved hydroxynitrile lyase form the culture thus obtained.
