<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small oscillation frequency control circuit in which design and adjustment are facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation frequency control circuit comprises: a frequency counter for counting the frequency of an oscillation signal being outputted from an oscillation circuit generating an oscillation signal having a frequency dependent on an input analog control voltage; a plurality of D/A converters generating the analog control voltage depending on an input digital value; a circuit generating a digital value according to an input control signal, and an operating circuit for comparing a frequency counted by the frequency counter with a reference frequency and generating a control signal being inputted to the digital value generating circuit according to comparison results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
