<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening/closing device which is improved in operational reliability by using only a small driving force. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic opening/closing device functions to automatically open/close a trunk lid 5 by drive units 21, and it is formed of the drive units 21 for generating a driving force, hinge arms 7 each connecting between a rear fender and a wheel house inner panel, and the trunk lid 5, and first links 19 and second links 20 for transmitting the driving force of the drive units 21 to the trunk lid 5.
