<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit and a control method for a fuel cell system for suppressing a pressure difference between a hydrogen gas and air without causing the generation of surplus power, an increase in the power consumption of an air supply device and/or an increase in operating noise when an electric load of a fuel cell stack decreases. <P>SOLUTION: The control unit 13 of a fuel cell system comprises: a first target power computing section 30 that computes first target power generated by the fuel cell stack 3; a second target power computing section 31 that computes second target power generated having a phase delay with respect to the first target power; a power generation controlling section 32 that controls power generated by the fuel cell stack 3 based on the second target power; and a gas supply control section 33 that controls the supply of a fuel gas and an oxidant gas based on the lower one of the first and second target power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
