<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably go-up/down stairs by performing mounting a stair lift for a wheelchair on the rear position of a lift body even in the case of the wheelchair which is short in length in a front and rear direction concerning the stair lift for the wheelchair by which the user of the wheelchair operates the mounting by him/herself. <P>SOLUTION: The stair lift 10 for the wheelchair includes a crawler travelling part 20; and a wheelchair mounting part 30. The wheelchair mounting part 30 includes a mounting part main body 31 arranged so as to be freely and vertically adjusted in position with respect to the crawler travelling part 20; a back part fixing means 32 for fixing the back part of the wheelchair 1 at a wheelchair mounting position in the mounting part main body 31; and a wheelchair holding and moving means 33 for holding the wheelchair 1 whose wheels are grounded at the front side of the crawler travelling part 20 and moving the held wheelchair to the wheelchair mounting position in the rear part of the crawler traveling part 20, while inclining the wheelchair to be in a backward inclining posture by the movement of the weight of the wheelchair user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
