<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain knowledge information required for processes in a system for easily and efficiently generating a process flow even in the state that a process order in a series of processes is not clear. <P>SOLUTION: The title included in the process is made to hold relation information with a knowledge file required for the title beforehand.
