<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel giving a reproduced radiological image of an excellent image quality, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The radiological image conversion panel comprises a fluorescent substance layer formed by parallelly erecting a large number of columnar fluorescent matters on a substrate by a vapor deposition method, and the average diameter of the top faces of the columnar fluorescent matters is 0.1-50μm. The greatest diameter of the top faces of the columnar fluorescent matters does not exceed 200μm. The radiological image conversion panel can be manufactured by retaining a whole evaporation source in a sufficiently molten state before the vapor deposition process of the fluorescent matter layer is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
