PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten connection delay in the case of starting communication between an origination terminal and a termination terminal via a radio access network and a core network.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication method concerning this invention has a process A transmitting the bearer setting request in which the origination terminal 10A requests a first session controller 30A which controls the range area of the origination terminal 10A to set a bearer to perform communication between the origination terminal 10A and the termination terminal 10B and a process B in which the first session controller 30A performs a processing for transmitting a communication starting request to the termination terminal 10B and a processing for instructing bearer setting devices 60A, 70A to set the bearer in parallel according to the bearer setting request.
