PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve variations in the characteristics and yield by improving the surface accuracy of light reflecting face and light incident/exiting face. SOLUTION: A prism block 35 is composed, by arranging a triangle prism 36 and a prism 37 having a rectangular isosceles triangle face on both faces of a partition plate 38. The prism 36 and the prism 37 are arranged in a direction where both prisms are mutually turned by 180°about an axis perpendicular to the face of the rectangular isosceles triangle. A second light-incident/exitting face 52, a third-incident/exitting face 53 and a first light reflecting face 54 are provided on the side face of the prism 36. A first light-incident/exitting face 51, a second light reflecting face 55 and a third light-incident/exitting face 56 are provided on the side face of the prism 37. The connecting relationship between an input optical fiber and an output optical fiber is switched, by switching the region in which light is reflected by switching the prism 37 located at the upper part of the prism block 35 and the prism 36 located at the lower part of the prism block 35.
