PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a single molecule wire for mass-producing conjugate-polymer-based electron elements of a molecule scale. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the molecule wire 24 includes the steps of immersing a conductive substrate 20 into a conjugate monomer solution including a halogen 21 to adsorb the halogen 21 on the surface of the conductive substrate 20; applying a first pulse to the conductive substrate 20 used for an electrode to produce an oligomer 23, wherein two or more conjugate monomers 22 are polymerized on the surface of the conductive substrate 20 on which the halogen 21 is adsorbed; and applying a second pulse to the conductive substrate 20 to polymerize the conjugate monomers 22 with the oligomer 23 along the surface of the conductive substrate 20 on which the halogen 21 is adsorbed.
