PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system reduced in the number of parts, simplified in constitution and miniaturized at low cost. SOLUTION: In this system, a water-cooled engine 41, a driving motor 43, a generator 45 and an inverter unit 47 are interposed in series in a flow passage 33 for circulating cooling water via a radiator 31. By this system, an engine cooling system and a hybrid system cooling system are integrated. A switching element of the inverter unit 47 is constituted of a SiC semiconductor device.
