PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone apparatus for preventing positional deviation of a driver unit when a user wears the headphone apparatus. SOLUTION: The headphone apparatus 1 is provided with: at least one driver unit 2; and a head band 3 having flexibility and elasticity for supporting the driver unit, when the user wears the headphone unit to the head 9, the driver unit is abutted with the surface side of an ear shell 11, and one end of a hook body 13 interposed between the back side of the ear shell and the head part opposed to the back side of the ear shell and abutted with the root of the ear shell is projected toward the head and is elastically brought into contact with the head.
