PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch in which distortion can be reduced by controlling a current affecting the distortion characteristics of a switch device itself. SOLUTION: At the RF port of the high frequency switch, a detection circuit for converting a high frequency signal power into a voltage, and a section for controlling current consumption of the high frequency switch by the output voltage from the detection circuit are provided in order to suppress distortion due to a transmission wave being inputted to the RF port and distortion due to a jamming wave being inputted to the antenna port.
