PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely release static electricity to the ground with simple configuration. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 20 is equipped with; a circuit board 22 which is fixed to an electronic apparatus 30; a liquid crystal display 24 which is mounted on the circuit board 22; and a grounding member 26. The liquid crystal display 24 has connection terminals which are connected to the circuit board 22 and the grounding member 26 is arranged so as to cover these connection terminal at least from the front. Moreover, the grounding member 26 is provided with a ground contact part 26b which is in contact with a plate 32 being the grounding part of the electronic apparatus 30 in the state that the circuit board 22 is fixed to the electronic apparatus 30 and the grounding member 26 is grounded by this contact.
