PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrodynamic pressure bearing enhancing right-angled accuracy between a radial bearing and a thrust bearing easily at a low cost. SOLUTION: The hydrodynamic pressure bearing 10 is mainly composed of a rotor hub 14, a shaft 13, a sleeve 16 and a bearing housing 17. The shaft 13 is erected on one end side of the rotor hub 14. The sleeve 16 has an inner peripheral surface 16a facing a lower part outer peripheral surface 13c of the shaft 13. The bearing housing 17 fits the sleeve 16 therein. The inner peripheral surface 17a of the bearing housing 17 is formed with a projecting part 15 projected toward the outer peripheral surface 16b of the sleeve 16 and smoothly reduced in the projecting quantity toward both axial sides.
