PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepped outlet turbine airfoil part improving rear edge cooling to enhance durability of the airfoil part and engine performance. SOLUTION: The turbine airfoil (12) includes an internal cooling circuit (34) between positive and negative pressure side walls (22, 24) opposing to each other. The positive pressure side wall (22) includes a row of outlet slots (36) for the circuit (34) separated by converging partition walls (38). Each of the slots (36) includes an inlet (40), a throat part (42) and a diverging outlet (44). Each of the partition walls (38) includes a step part (46) inside a converging side wall thereof for increasing divergence of the slots (36) to diffuse a cooling medium discharged therethrough.
