PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for measuring an intermolecular interaction, which enable the measurement in real time and measurement of a large number of solutions to be tested with a high throughput. SOLUTION: The apparatus, for measuring the intermolecular interaction being an apparatus which measures light emitted from a sample contained in a container and determines physical or chemical properties of the sample, is equipped with a solution supplying means for respectively supplying at least one of solutions of a test sample, a reagent and a cleaning liquid.
