PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a stable power source voltage to an electronic device. SOLUTION: This power source device is provided with a connection resistance for supplying a power source current for the electronic device to the electronic device, a low-pass filter for passing an output voltage of a current output part; a parallel load part for consuming a partial current of the output current, when receiving a current reduction signal, and for stopping reception of the partial current, when receiving a current increase signal; an offset addition part for outputting a voltage impressing the offset voltage to the output voltage of the low-pass filter; and a difference detecting part for supplying the current increase signal to the parallel load part, during the period when the potential of a device side end part in the connection resistance is lower than the reference potential, provided by subtracting a reference potential difference from the output voltage of the offset addition part, and for supplying current reducing signal to the parallel load part, when getting higher than the reference potential. In the power source device, the offset addition part regulates the offset voltage when the first reference voltage difference varies, in response to the output voltage of the low-pass filter.
