PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having high solvent resistance, coated film hardness and close adhesion with inorganic materials and considerate of environment, and coating liquid used for forming the laminate. SOLUTION: This coating liquid is characterized by containing an aliphatic polyester having biodegradability and/or derived from an organism, or its derivatives and an inorganic oxide having chemically bonding ability with the aliphatic polyester or its derivatives.
