PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic composition exerting restorative effect on damaged hair and fully exerting the sustainability of the effect as well. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition comprises (A) L-theanine and (B) a quaternary ammonium alkyl sulfate salt-type cationic surfactant.
