PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel for winding or unwinding a band- or cord-like article, capable of dispensing with difficult work at the depth of a narrow cavity between flanges in installing the article to the reel. SOLUTION: This reel is provided with a band- or cord-like lead member 7, installed on a winding shaft 2 at one end, and detachably attached to the band- or cord-like article 4 by hook-and-loop fasteners 8b and 8c at the other end.
