PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify support structure of a position-changeable receiving member 18 provided on a hanger arm for supporting an object. SOLUTION: This hanging carrier is provided with long slits 31 provided at shaft support parts of parallel links 24 for laterally movably supporting the receiving member 18, tension springs 28a and 28b as flat springs comprising straight spring members bent in an arc shape at each end to form arc-shaped parts 29 and 30 at both ends that are hooked to receiving member side support shafts 27a and 27b of the parallel links 24 and support shafts 26a and 26b on the side of a receiving member support member 21b, and two inner and outer engagement recesses 32a and 32b to be engaged with a lock member 33 when the receiving member 18 is at inner and outer positions P1 and P2, and at such a level as to be supported by the receiving member support member 21b.
