PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body loading/unloading vehicle capable of enhancing the working efficiency without impairing the stability of the load at the time of being loaded and unloaded. SOLUTION: A control device 53 including an electronic governor 52 prevents the load from becoming unstable by putting the engine speed in a relatively low speed when the operation of a tilting cylinder 4 is to be started, making the operation speed relatively low, and tilting the body slowly. When a slide motor 214 is to be actuated, on the other hand, the engine speed is put in a relatively high speed to make the operation speed high relatively, and thereby sliding the body is performed at a high speed so as to enhance the working efficiency.
