The invention relates to a process for recycling industrial and domestic wastes and can be used for waste recycling in a municipal services, for fuel and energy complex, the oil organic synthesis industry and for the rubber technical industry. The inventive device for recycling organic wastes comprises a steam generator provided with a furnace and a conveyor unit mounted in front thereof. Said device also comprises a transfer chamber arranged in front of the furnace in such a way that the conveyor unit passes therethrough, a cooling chamber, a thermolysis furnace, a condenser provided with a heat energy removing means, a separator for dividing a condensate into a water and a liquid fraction and means for rectifying said liquid fraction. The condenser input is connected to the top section of the thermolysis furnace, the output of the liquid phase condenser is connected to the separator input and the output of the liquid phase separator is connected to the steam generator. A container connected to the steam generator water input through a filter and to the cooling chamber water spray is connected to the water separator output. Said device ensures the recycling efficiency and reduces noxious emissions. |
