<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light-weight exercise appliance which raises an exercise effect and is easily handled by functionally integrating the independent appliances of an endless belt system and a stepping system. <P>SOLUTION: An appropriate number of rotary rollers are mounted on the contact surface of a step arm with a foot placement base in a stepping appliance main body.
