<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable temporary approval and pulling-up inability, in decision flow management. <P>SOLUTION: A later decision person can pull up a right for performing decision to one's own decision work without waiting approval of a halfway decision person (907), can also reject it (903), and can perform the temporary approval without waiting the approval of the halfway decision person (908). When order of the approval normally comes by the pulling-up (907) or the approval (909), the temporary approval is automatically set already approved.
