<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a received and shipped article inspection system capable of detecting information on commodities stored in a storage box by only the storage box, reducing system cost, and reducing labor and time for received article inspection operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a shipping operation at a shipper, a shipping data having a "box number", "commodity number", and "quantity" is prepared by a shipping management part 36 and written in an RFID tag 11 with a reader/writer 33. ASN data including the "box number", "commodity number", and "quantity" is prepared by an ASN data preparation part 37 and transmitted to a destination terminal 4 by using a transmitter 39.
