<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily investigate whether a cause of a fault is noise or not when the fault that a control operation by an on-vehicle device for remote operation is not performed even if a transmitter is operated. <P>SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle device for keyless entry system for locking/unlocking a door in accordance with a command signal which is radio-transmitted from the transmitter, it is judged whether an RSSI value showing signal intensity of a signal received in a reception part is more than a prescribed value Rh or not at every prescribed time. When the value is more than the prescribed value Rh (S130:YES), "1" is added to a counter CN (S140). If the value of CN is more than a prescribed number of times Nh (S160:YES) when the RSSI value is judged to be not more than the prescribed value Rh, (S130:NO), the reception part is judged to receive noise. Noise information comprising time information that can specify judgment time and the value of CN at that time is stored in a storage part (S170).
